The Goal: Help with repetitive tasks, extract data and visualizations. create shifts, reports, bulk operations and more

Problem

Businesses struggled to understand their workforce and operations

Managers couldn’t easily see how many people were working, where, or for which client.
The old system was slow, manual, and lacked dashboards. CRUD actions were time-consuming, invoices were often delayed, and certificate expirations went unnoticed.
 Decision-making was reactive instead of proactive.

  • Traditional SaaS is mostly CRUD (create, read, update, delete). With AI, flows can CRUD will collapse because AI will do:
  • Smart recommendations
  • Conversational UI
  • Enable autonomous + assistive modes
  • Context-aware UX instead of dashboards
